Turnaround times can vary based on your plan, the clarity of your brief and the  complexity of the request/revision. You can always ask your account manager for  an ETA.   When you send a design request, your account manager makes sure everything  they need to start designing is in there (fonts, colours, copy, images,  inspiration). When can I expect to receive my first draft?

What's the average turnaround for requests and revisions?

You will get your first draft in around 1-business day. Your designer works in  24h creative rounds, which means that as long as you have something in your  design queue, they work on your designs every day.  A creative round starts when a design request is assigned to your designer.  Sometimes this is immediate, but if more information is needed to complete your  request, we'll send you an email and the round can be pushed back. Design  requests are only assigned if they are clear, detailed and all asset
