There’s no exact answer to that question. A design request can be a variety of things: a website, a slide deck, a social media graphic, a landing page, you name it.
For most projects, you can expect the initial mock-up in around 1 business day.
Each task takes a different amount of time depending on the complexity. We talk about it in more detail here.
When you send a design request:
- Your account manager checks if everything is there (fonts, colours, copy, images, inspiration, etc).
- If anything is missing, they'll reply and ask for more information.
- Otherwise, your designer gets to work right away.
- After it’s finished, our QA team checks the quality, ensures nothing is missing, and confirms the designs match the request.
- Then it’s sent back to you.
We work in 1-business-day rounds, which means:
- If your request is for a few social media banners, you’ll get them all completed in that round.
- If your request is for a 16-slide presentation, you might get the first 3 or 4 slides to check the layout, colours, and fonts.
- After your feedback, your designer will continue with the next few slides the next day.
