For most requests, you get the first delivery within 1 business day. More complex requests might take longer. Delivery times might vary depending on the clarity of the brief and the complexity of the requests.
Your designer works on your requests in the order they arrive. As long as there's a request in your design queue, they'll work on it on a daily basis. Depending on your plan, you get your first draft in around one business day for each request. If there are no revisions, your designer starts working on the next request.
Design requests are usually only assigned if they are clear and detailed, and all assets and information are present. The "clock" starts when a design request is assigned to your designer. If more information is needed to complete your request, your account manager will send you an email requesting it. As soon as your designs are done, we'll let you know via your registered email. You can also check the status of your request by logging into the website.
Our goal is to deliver your requests as soon as possible. However, how many requests you receive in a day depends on many factors. Some clients with simple requests see more work completed. Other clients with more complex or higher-volume needs might not see the same completion velocity.
Try to build a relationship with your designer. Always let them know what you like and what you don't like. The longer you work with them and the more detailed the brief, the faster they will learn your likes and dislikes and the faster you will get your designs done.
