Most requests receive a first delivery within one business day after entering production. That’s a delivery round, not a promise that every request will be completed in a day. Larger projects may need several rounds, especially when revisions are involved.
Your work moves according to the number of slots in your plan. Each slot keeps one request in production at a time. Once a request is approved, your pod moves the next priority into that slot.
Timing depends mainly on three things:
- The clarity of the brief
- Whether the final copy and assets are ready
- The size and complexity of the request
You can follow the request’s status in Buckboard, and we’ll notify you when a delivery is ready. If anything is missing before work can begin, your pod will let you know.
As your pod learns your brands, preferences and feedback patterns, the process naturally becomes faster and requires fewer revision rounds.
