Sending in a design request is easy! Here's what you need:
  1. Priority
    1. Choose the priority for each ticket using the drop-down menu. This will determine the order in which your tickets are worked on. Avoid marking more than one ticket as "Urgent" at a time to prevent confusion for your design team.
  1. The name of your request
    1. Give your request a clear, memorable name so you can easily find it later (e.g.: Facebook Banner for Christmas Campaign).
  1. Dimensions
    1. Provide the exact sizes you want for your design. If you're unsure, just give a general description like YouTube cover, and the team will take care of the rest.
  1. Which brand should we use for this design?
    1. If the design is for a client, select My client's brand. Otherwise, choose My brand. You can also specify the client/brand name in your brief.
  1. Describe your request
    1. Make sure your design team has all the information they need. You can type your brief directly into the form, use bullet points, attach a Word doc or link, or record a short video or screencast. Include any relevant fonts, images, or assets.
  1. Inspiration (DOs / DON'Ts)
    1. Share what you like or dislike (links, moodboards, examples, sketches), anything that helps your designer understand your vision. Remember, they can’t read minds 😊

💡 TIP: Sketch it out! It doesn't need to be pretty, just clear enough to show what's in your head. You can snap a photo of your sketch or record a quick screencast/video explaining your request.
