How do I check the status of my design requests?

You get as many revisions as you need!   Remember that each revisions is treated as a new request (1 business day  turnaround) and they take priority over new requests.

If you're not happy with the designs or you just need to make changes, we'll  change it for you as much as you need.  You can either:  1) Just reply to the email thread for that specific request with any edits,  feedback or revision details you may have. If the request is 'closed', it'll  reopen as soon as you reply.   2) Log into our website, click on "View my requests", select your ticket, hit  "Reply" and add the details for your revision. Sending in a design request is easy! Here's what you need:  1. The name of your request (e.g.: Facebook Banner for Christmas Campaign)  2. Description of the request (e.g.: Please create a Facebook banner for my Christmas Campaign. Please use  the images attached and inspiration from my links...)   3. The copy/text You can include the all text you want on your designs on the body of the email  or in a word document/google doc  4. What do you need to have in a design request?

You can send in your designs requests in two ways: Via our website or Via email.  1) Via website - Log in on deerdesigner.com - Click on 'Send a Design Request' - Click on 'Submit a support ticket' - Fill in the form  OR  2) Via email - Send an email to requests@deerdesigner.com describing your design request   - Describe your design request - Upload any assets (fonts, images, logos, etc)  Check this article to see all you need in a design request
