According to our Terms & Conditions, we do not give refunds for our creative services and ongoing subscription plans or for any unused time in your subscription.
Deer Designer's services are subscriptions that you can keep using without long-term contracts. This means you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. These changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you no longer want your subscription, you can cancel your account before your next renewal date to stop it from renewing automatically. Your account will stay active for the rest of your billing period and will close at the end of your subscription time. You can still use your remaining subscription time by sending requests before your billing cycle ends.
Important:
- If you do not cancel, your subscription(s) will renew automatically.
- For accounts with valid credits, they are good for three (3) months from the date they are given and can be used for any subscription charges on the account.
