We only work from Monday to Friday.  We also take a 1-week break during the last week of the year as our designers  celebrate Christmas and New Year.

We don't charge VAT at the moment. We'll contact each client if and when we  start charging VAT.

Is VAT/Tax included in the pricing?

To download your invoices just go to http://deerdesigner.com/billing  , enter your registered email and click on the  email sent to you.   Please check your spam box if you don't get the email in the next 5 minutes.  If you still don't get it, let us know sending an email to help@deerdesigner.com

How do I get invoices?

Send an email to help@deerdesigner.com and let them know which email address  you'd your account changed to. They'll take care of the rest in 1 business day  (max).

You can try Deer Designer for 14 days from the day you signed up and if you  decided we're not a fit, we'll give you a full refund.  To qualify for the refund you have to: - Submit at least 2 requests that are within our scope of work - Provide us with clear direction and feedback during the design process  If you decided we're not a fit, please send an email to help@deerdesigner.com  and we'll take care of it.

Refunds

Please don't go :(   When you cancel your account we delete all your data, design files and ticket  history.  If you're thinking of coming back later, you can 'pause' your account and we  will store everything for you until you have more design demand and decide to  reactivate your account. We'll keep your files, links and requests active.  But if you really must cancel my account and delete all your files and  requests, just send an email tohelp@deerdesigner.com from your registered email  with the subje

Requests and replies will only work 'From' and 'To' the registered email only.  If more than one person will be sending design requests, you'll need to share  the login details.   Our service was designed to acommodate one user per account but if you wish  to share with your colleagues, one solution is to use a shared email that you  both have access to.  Bare in mind that all replies from your designer will be sent to the  registered email. If your registered email is john@company.com and your  colleague
