Your pod works through requests based on the order of your pipeline. You can change that order in Buckboard whenever your priorities shift.
Each slot keeps one request in production at a time. If you have multiple slots, that many requests can move forward simultaneously. Any remaining requests wait in your pipeline until a slot becomes available.
If something urgent comes up, move it to the top of your pipeline and let your Client Success Manager know. If another request is already in production, we’ll confirm whether it can be paused safely before switching focus. Revisions take priority within your pipeline so active work can be completed before something new begins.
