Agency clients get four (4) video calls per month (45 min each) with their Creative Director.
You can schedule the call straight on your Dashboard. You'll also be able to see how many calls you still have left for that month.

What is a Creative Call?
A creative call is a structured conversation between you and our Creative Director. You’ll talk about your existing projects and clients, their brand guidelines and online presence, your target audience, and your design preferences or ideas.
If you’re thinking about the direction you want to take, it’s also a chance to brainstorm and get inspired. This chat gets everyone on the same page to set your projects up for success! This call can be used to discuss past, present, and future design requests.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Creative Director won’t be available through email or chat. So if you have any urgent questions about a current request or need something right away, your Account Manager is still the best person to reach out to. PLEASE NOTE
- All unused Creative Call credits are forfeited if you downgrade from the Agency plan. This means that you will no longer have access to these calls once the downgrade is effective, even if you had booked calls while still on the Agency plan.
To ensure you make the most of the Agency plan, we recommend using your available Creative Call credits before making any changes to your subscription.
