How it works
- Open any request.
- Add a new comment or reply.
- Click the 🎥 Record Screen button.
- Choose whether to share your entire screen, a window, or a browser tab.
- Record your walkthrough.
- Stop the recording.
- Your video is automatically attached to your comment.
- Click Send.
Your designer can watch the recording immediately without leaving Buckboard.
A few tips on how to send us your feedback in video without slowing down the design process:
1. Keep it short and sweet: We appreciate insights that are quick and to the point. Try to keep your video no longer than 5 minutes. This way, your designer can spend more time designing.
2. Focus on the essentials: Highlight the key issues or suggestions. This way, our designers can get straight to what matters without spending too much time reviewing.
