When you're ready to use your Deer Drops, just message your Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist. They’ll confirm your balance and walk you through the redemption process.
Just a heads up: you can only redeem one reward at a time, and you can’t pick the same one twice in a row. Also, Deer Drops expire three months after you earn them, so make sure to use them before they reset!
