It’s a short survey that helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve, so we can continue delivering the quality you expect from us.
What to expect in the CSAT survey
After a request is closed, you’ll get a pop-up with a quick survey. In the survey, you’ll be asked about your experience with that request. Please choose the option that most reflects your experience:

After choosing one of the options above, you’ll be asked to share a bit more about:
- Turnaround time: How satisfied were you with the speed at which your request was completed?
- Design quality: How pleased were you with the final design delivered?
- Communication: How did you find the communication with our team throughout the process?
