Day-to-day communication with your pod happens through Buckboard or the Deer Designer Slack app. This keeps your briefs, feedback, files and decisions attached to the right request, so everyone working on your account has the full context.
If something would be easier to discuss live, than type out, you can book a Creative Call with your Creative Director. Creative Calls are included monthly with Pro and weekly with Partner; they aren’t included with Core.
For request-specific feedback, you can also record a video directly inside Buckboard or annotate the design to show your team exactly what you mean.
